2011 Fire & Ice Tourney
2011 "Fire & Ice" Tournament
The 10th Annual Westfield Youth Hockey Association (WYHA) Fire & Ice Tournament has been set for the 2011 Martin Luther King holiday weekend. WYHA invites you to play in our annual tournament played at the spectacular Amelia Park Arena & Gardens located in Westfield, Massachusetts.
Dates: Friday, January 14th to Sunday, January 16th, 2011
Tournament Fee: $850 per team
As we have done in previous years, we will have a format of four divisions…
*** NO Select Teams
Each of the four divisions will field four teams. Each of the sixteen participating teams is guaranteed to play three round robin games with the top two teams in each division playing for the championship. Every game will be three 12 minute periods with a 60 minute ice clock. Each individual participant will be awarded a trophy, and off ice pin exchanges by the competing teams is highly encouraged. Please remember, submitted rosters should be consistent with your USA Hockey rosters and cannot be changed without prior permission from the Tournament Directors to ensure a fair and competitive tournament. Birth certificates should be available throughout the Tournament.

October 15, 2010 - Application form and $425.00 deposit due.
December 15, 2010 - Roster with home & away jersey numbers, team picture (if available) & balance of tournament fee - $425.00 due.
